My story

Bucharest beginnings

My story starts in Bucharest, Romania, where I earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

Falling for code

I actually started programming back in 9th grade. Building useful things with friends felt like magic, so studying CS was an easy yes.

First taste of coaching

In my last university years, I was a teaching assistant, and I loved it. I didn’t know it then, but the joy of seeing my students thrive was the seed of what I do today.

Today, I help engineers and leaders scale their potential and turn it into real impact by building leadership skills while keeping the love of building.

My leadership philosophy, in a nutshell

You don’t need a formal title to lead—only the drive to leave things better than you found them.

  • Good leadership creates ripple effects. Your influence spreads beyond the engineering team into the whole company.

  • Core skills matter. Sharpen communication, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to bring out the best in yourself and others.

  • Growth is collective. When you grow, the people around you rise too, turning individual progress into team success.

Coaching lets me support that journey so you become an influential, compassionate leader. Learn more about how I work in the FAQ section.

“We desperately need more leaders who are committed to courageous, wholehearted leadership and who are self-aware enough to lead from their hearts.“

— Brené Brown
