I’m an Engineering Leader with over 14 years of industry experience in companies like Google, Uber, and early-stage startups.
Over the last 4 years, I helped hundreds of software engineers and engineering leaders become high performers in the high-pressure tech scene.

My story starts in Bucharest, Romania, where I got my B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
I started programming earlier than that, in 9th grade. I chose to pursue a CS degree because programming was fun and I loved building useful things with others.
In my last years of university, I was a teaching assistant, which I absolutely loved. Even though I didn’t know it at the time, it was an early sign that I love coaching.
After moving to California, I was fortunate enough to build an amazing career in Tech over the past 14 years, one that allowed me to gain hands-on leadership experience and drive significant business impact at major tech companies such as Google and Uber. But what I found the most rewarding on a personal level was developing the individuals on my teams.
My experience unveiled a deep passion for leadership and coaching. I love seeing the hidden potential in people and helping them achieve their goals.
